Legal
Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the website at hubiq.tech, the Hubiq waitlist, and the Hubiq
products and services (together, the "Service"). The Service is provided by Hubiq, a
company registered in the Republic of Bulgaria ("Hubiq", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to
these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Tell us at once at security@hubiq.tech if you believe your account has been compromised.
2. The Service and early access
Hubiq turns content you have created into a private knowledge vault and into apps. Parts of the Service are offered as early access or beta. Early-access features may change, be withdrawn, or contain errors, and we may limit who can use them. We will give reasonable notice before withdrawing a feature you rely on where we can.
3. Your content
You own the content you bring to Hubiq, and you own the outputs Hubiq produces from it for you. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, process, analyse and display your content and outputs only as needed to provide the Service to you and to keep it secure. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to the retention periods in our Privacy Policy.
You confirm that:
- you have the right to transfer the content you connect, and doing so does not infringe anyone else's rights;
- you comply with the terms of any platform you transfer content from;
- you only transfer your own content, not private messages or other people's content.
4. Third-party platforms
The Service lets you transfer content from third-party platforms, including through platform-provided tools such as Meta's "Transfer your information". Those platforms are not controlled by Hubiq. Their own terms apply to your use of their tools, and they decide what data they make available. Hubiq never posts to your accounts on other platforms and never asks for your password to them.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service to break the law or to infringe anyone's rights;
- transfer or upload content you do not have the right to use;
- attempt to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours;
- probe, scan or test the Service for vulnerabilities other than through good-faith reports to security@hubiq.tech;
- interfere with the Service, its infrastructure or other users, or place unreasonable load on it;
- reverse engineer the Service except where the law allows it regardless of this term;
- resell or sublicense the Service without our written agreement.
6. AI-generated outputs
The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyse your content and generate outputs. Outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or publishing them. Outputs are not professional, legal, financial or medical advice.
7. Fees
The Service is currently provided free of charge during early access. If we introduce paid plans we will publish the prices and give you at least 30 days' notice before any fee applies to your account. You will never be charged without agreeing to a plan first.
8. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, trademarks and documentation, belongs to Hubiq or its licensors. These terms do not give you any rights in it other than the right to use the Service as described here.
9. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by following our data deletion instructions. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Where reasonable we will give you notice and a chance to export your data first.
10. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Hubiq is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and EUR 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these terms.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the current version. For material changes we will notify account holders by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria. If you are a consumer in the European Union you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
